Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to represent Losberger De Boer in the Southeastern U.S. This is a hybrid role combining sales leadership with hands-on field support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales acumen and a willingness to get involved in project execution when needed.

You’ll be responsible for cultivating new business, managing customer relationships, and providing product guidance—both from behind the desk and occasionally out in the field. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across event, commercial, and government sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, and closing deals
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts to grow brand awareness in the Southeast region
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate structure solutions
  • Assist with on-site field installation support when necessary, helping to bridge the gap between sales and operations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales activity reports

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the event, construction, or modular structures industry preferred
  • Comfortable with both sales meetings and hands-on fieldwork
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southeastern U.S. as needed
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and client-focused
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, SAP software experience is a +
  • Valid driver’s license required
