Position Overview
We are seeking a Vinyl Manufacturing Specialist to support the fabrication and maintenance of our structure tent materials. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior experience in vinyl work is required—we will train the right candidate. If you’re a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with your hands and being part of a collaborative team, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production, cutting, and assembly of vinyl and PVC panels
- Operate industrial sewing machines, heat welders, and hand tools (training provided)
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support warehouse operations as needed
- Work safely and efficiently to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethi
- Industrial sewing experience is a plus, but not required
