Where innovation meets execution
The first-ever Arcum LEVO—designed, engineered, and delivered for a high-visibility hospitality venue—set a new benchmark for what modular structures can achieve.
The concept
Located at The Artisan at Tuscan Village, the Grand Lawn LEVO was envisioned as a premium, semi-permanent event space supporting weddings, banquets, and upscale gatherings throughout the season.
The structure needed to feel permanent, perform seasonally, and stand apart architecturally.
The challenge
This project wasn’t just a build—it was a proving ground.

The Arcum LEVO was a first-of-its-kind structure, requiring precision development, coordination, and confidence in execution - Competitive bid environment
The project was put out to bid, requiring Losberger De Boer to clearly demonstrate both innovation and reliability - Seasonal performance requirements
The venue needed to operate from April through October, demanding adaptable material strategies to manage temperature, light, and guest comfort - Client trust on the line
Access Tent needed assurance that this next-generation structure would deliver at every level
The solution
Losberger De Boer delivered a fully customized Arcum LEVO solution, combining architectural design with operational performance. Through 13 design revisions between November 2023 and April 2024, the structure was refined to meet the exact needs of the venue—balancing aesthetics, engineering, and seasonal functionality.

- Summer months: Translucent vinyl reduces heat gain while maintaining light diffusion
- Spring/Fall: Clear vinyl maximizes natural light and visibility

- Arcum LEVO curved roofline for a distinct architectural profile
- Black powder-coated frame for a premium, modern finish
- Clear vinyl with black edging for visual clarity and contrast
- Translucent vinyl panels for solar control during summer months
- (2) Clear and (2) translucent gable covers for seasonal adaptability
- 4m vertical glass cassette walls for a permanent, high-end enclosure
- (4) double-wing, low-threshold doors for accessibility and flow
The result
Installed in just 2.5 days by the Access Tent team, with on-site supervision from Losberger De Boer, the structure now serves as a signature event venue for The Artisan.
This venue enables Access Tent to host higher-value events with faster turnaround, repeatable setups, and lower operational pressure.
