Always professional and punctual – our clients rate us 8.9 out of 10

Published on

Professionalism and reliability are not just promises at Losberger De Boer – they are what our clients experience in practice. In December 2025, clients rated their collaboration with an average score of 8.9 out of 10. All but one respondents gave an 8 or higher, with two-thirds awarding a 9 or 10.

Beyond the average score, the distribution of ratings tells a clear story. Out of 21 client responses, 20 gave a score of 8 or higher. Fourteen clients gave a 9 or 10, and ten of them awarded the highest possible score.

Consistency is key

This consistency matters. It shows that satisfaction is not driven by isolated successes, but by consistent, repeatable performance across projects, teams and countries.

What clients value most becomes clear when looking at their feedback. Words such as professional, reliable and pleasant to work with recur frequently. Several clients explicitly mention punctual delivery and clear coordination, even in complex or sensitive environments. Others highlight the quality of the materials and the confidence that comes from working with teams who know what they are doing.

One client describes the cooperation as “a relationship of trust built over many years.” Another points to “professional teams who meet delivery deadlines and work with care for their surroundings.”

There are also comments that emphasise accessibility and problem-solving: when something needs attention, it is taken seriously and resolved in a practical way.

Beyond the project

These experiences go beyond the project itself. For end users, this professionalism translates into continuity, safety and minimal disruption. For clients, it means peace of mind: knowing that agreements are kept and that responsibilities are taken seriously from start to finish.

At Losberger De Boer, the focus is on doing things right: delivering quality, keeping agreements and meeting deadlines. Especially in projects where timing and coordination matter, that consistency makes the difference. The December 2025 NPS results reflect how clients experience this in practice.
