Bluewaters Sales Centre
Located on JBR The Beach, one of Dubai's most popular beach promenades, the challenge was to construct a high specification sales pavilion in approximately one month without causing disruption to surrounding businesses and pedestrian areas.

This was achieved using Losberger De Boer's 12-step project management process which resulted in the Emperor building being delivered on deadline and according to the clients exacting requirements.
Losberger De Boer coordinated various specialist subcontractors to deliver the following fitout features:

- Two bedroom apartment show case area
- Audio visual system
- Furniture
- Coffee shop
With a distinctive "permanent building" look, the finished structure is an impressive sight on JBR The Beach in Dubai. The interior has a light and open feel with stunning double height ceilings and a mezzanine floor.
