Losberger De Boer constructed a 9,000 m² event location for the anniversary celebration and the international sales and marketing meeting within just a few weeks.
A very special event location
BYK Altana celebrated its 50th anniversary with a marketing and sales meeting attended by around 2000 international guests. As the company's headquarters in Wesel am Rhein and the surrounding area did not have an event location with the appropriate volume of space, Falk Baumeister Eventservice GmbH commissioned Losberger De Boer to plan and implement a special kind of event location on behalf of BYK Altana.
Demanding customer requirements
The 9,000 m² modular event hall was to be divided into different rooms and areas depending on its function. For example, an area of 1,200 m² was planned for the reception and accreditation alone in order to give BYK's guests a proper welcome. In addition, there were further rooms for VIP hospitality, catering and buffet as well as sanitary facilities.
The event location was planned and implemented in just three weeks. Losberger De Boer's service also included setting up an extra access road and fencing off the site.
Turnkey handover
Losberger De Boer's project management team also took care of the entire infrastructure, including electricity, fresh water, waste water and heating and air conditioning technology. The service team was on duty 24/7 to provide the customer with maximum security before, during and after the event and to ensure that the guests had an unforgettable and, above all, carefree celebration.
