The Challenge
Great events bring people together. The challenge is often finding the right place to do it.
For Ameritex Pipe & Products, the goal was to host a customer appreciation event that reflected the scale of its business while creating a welcoming environment for customers, partners and guests.
Rather than moving the event to an external venue, Ameritex chose to bring people directly into its operational environment. The event would take place within an active industrial yard where products, equipment and day-to-day activities were already part of the setting.
The challenge was to create a professional event environment without disrupting the operations that made the location unique.
The Solution
Working alongside Houston Tents & Events, Losberger De Boer helped transform part of the industrial site into a temporary event venue designed around the guest experience.
By adapting the installation approach to the realities of the location, the team was able to create a large-scale covered environment while preserving the existing site layout.
The result was a space that blended seamlessly with its surroundings, allowing guests to experience the business firsthand while enjoying the comfort and atmosphere expected from a professionally delivered event.
Creating the Right Environment
The completed structure became the centrepiece of the event. Guests were welcomed into a space designed for gathering, networking and celebration, while remaining connected to the industrial setting that defines Ameritex’s operations.
