In 2023, Losberger De Boer delivered a custom-built indoor sports complex for the municipality of Cormeilles-en-Parisis, located in the Val-d’Oise department (95) in the Île-de-France region. Commissioned by the Cormeilles-en-Parisis Town Hall, the structure was designed to expand the capabilities of the local tennis club — offering a new, high-quality space for both tennis and padel, a fast-growing sport across Europe.

Expanding local sports infrastructure

Already a popular destination for racquet sports, the Cormeilles-en-Parisis tennis club is now entering a new phase of growth. With the addition of this 1,800 m² multi-racket hall, the club can host both recreational and competitive events in optimal conditions — regardless of weather.

Thanks to its spacious interior and ample natural light, the venue creates a premium experience for players and spectators alike.

The building was designed with performance, comfort and durability in mind, using high-quality materials and certified components:

  • Anodised aluminium frame for strength and corrosion resistance

  • Double membrane roofing with flat membrane design under Technical Approval Type 702S2 from Serge Ferrari

  • Insulated steel perimeter facades with double-skin cladding for optimal thermal performance

  • Exterior joinery integrated for access and ventilation

  • Structural foundations engineered to local standards
