Municipality of Le Crotoy delivers two covered padel courts in coastal zone
The municipality of Le Crotoy created two indoor padel courts with materials adapted to coastal conditions — fast, safe and fit for public use.
A sports facility built to withstand coastal conditions
In response to growing demand for accessible sport, the municipality of Le Crotoy commissioned the construction of two indoor padel courts near the French coastline.
The proximity to the sea presented additional challenges: salt, wind and changing weather conditions could all impact building quality over time. To ensure durability and ease of use, the municipality opted for a modular structure designed specifically for coastal environments.
