Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025
Three decades of partnership between Goodwood and Losberger De Boer UK
2025 marked 30 years of partnership between Goodwood FoS and Losberger De Boer UK, a partnership that has grown alongside the event, year by year. Our hospitality suites have quietly become part of the fabric of the Festival, and this year we delivered more hospitality than ever before.
Every summer, Goodwood Festival of Speed transforms the historic Goodwood estate into motorsport’s biggest celebration, where 200,000 fans and world-leading brands come together to honour the sport’s legacy and future in a way that’s completely unforgettable.
Hospitality has always been at the very core of what we do. We've supported some of the biggest events in the event calendar, including Wimbledon, the Chelsea Flower Show and The America’s Cup, all with temporary venues that feel permanent in quality and detail.
At Goodwood, every space is thoughtfully designed for its purpose and finished to the highest standards, designed to feel like your favourite five-star restaurant or private members’ club.
In 2025, we created:
• Gurney Pavilion
• Surtees Pavilion
• Hill Pavilion
• Ferrari Top Location
• Kinrara Enclosure
• Moss Pavilion
• Porsche VIP/Partners Restaurant
• Future Lab
Hospitality Suites
The scope of hospitality at the Festival is wide, and each venue serves a different audience. Gurney Pavilion, for example, is a two-storey premier structure that hosted private suites this year for Aston Martin, Ferrari, and Bank of America. These are bespoke spaces, tailored in close collaboration with each client’s sponsorship or events team.
The design and layout of each suite are adapted to the brand’s specific goals, whether entertaining clients or launching a new product, we will design the space completely bespoke to meet their needs.
Hill Pavilion brings a completely different kind of energy. This venue is made up of 12 mini hospitality suites, giving brands the chance to entertain guests right at the finish line of the famous hill climb.
This is a space built around flexibility and brand identity. Each suite begins as a blank canvas, ready to be shaped into a distinctive guest experience.
Brand Activations & Exhibits
As well as hospitality, we also create more customised spaces for brand storytelling and immersive experiences. Future Lab, for example, is one of the larger venues which showcases everything from new tech to wild inventions (including an actual moon lander one year). The Maxiflex Arcum structure needs to be ready for anything, built to handle heavy loads, allow for early installs, and adapt to whatever the exhibitors bring through the door.
Then we have venues like Ferrari’s Top Location in our Kubo and the Porsche VIP Restaurant, which are purpose-built brand experiences. Everything from the structure and layout to the materials, lighting, and interior detailing is tailored to reflect the brand’s identity. They’re designed to give brands complete control over the experience. How it looks, how it flows, and how it makes people feel.
Client Testimonial
“Providing spaces like this where people can come, relax and enjoy is essential. Being able to put on such a high-end structure for our guests is vitally important to give that wow factor and make their experience really special when they're coming to the festival.
LDB has been great to work with. My main point of contact is Becky. She's been great, really approachable, really friendly, and no problem is ever too big for her. I know I can go to her with anything, and she's got a solution for me, which is great.
There's been a great demand for hospitality spaces at the festival speed this year, and the relationship between LDB and Goodwood is extremely important because we have multiple structures here in the most important areas of the event.
Gurney Pavilion, for example, which is two stories this year, provides the hospitality space for Aston Martin and Ferrari. The Ferrari balcony is the best spot on the track, and a lucky few get to spend their weekend up in that spot, having a great experience.
I would definitely recommend LDB to other event planners out there. They've been so easy to work with, no problems too big for them. At Goodwood, we strive for perfection and we have a very high-end clientele. People pay lots of money to be here and be in these fabulous venues and they expect the best of everything.”
Conclusion
We are proud of our involvement at Goodwood over the past three decades, and we look forward very much to getting back on site later this year for Goodwood Revival.
